Modern Western culture is built around externals, around
appearances.
Something must first resemble what we expect it to look like before
we take notice. We readily accept authoritative statements made by
our culture's authority figures (our witch doctors) – experts,
pundits, commentators, scientists, men in white coats. We are
conditioned a thousand times each day by ornament and display, by
drama and excitement. Look! It's flashing and making a strange noise
– it must be about to do something really special!

You are standing next to a saint at a bus stop, but having no
perceptive abilities see only the housewife, office worker, man in
overalls. Inner nature is completely concealed by concentration on
outwardness. Attracted to a beautiful face, you fail to notice the
heart of stone and capacity for betrayal...

How many times must this happen before realising that mistaking the
container for the content is the cause of much misery?

In the field of culture, the effects of mistaking the container for
the content can be seen quite clearly: e.g. the obsession with
celebrities, the obsession with externals, the obsession with
fashion, cosmetics, status and 'image' and the general trend towards
the 'Hollywoodisation' of politics, to name but a few. But the
effect
of mistaking the container for the content can also be seen in
religion. This happens when religious devotees become fixated on
method, technique and dogma. Religious externals begin to obsess
people, and they become obsessed by religious paraphernalia – by
beards, bells, robes, and hats - religious rituals and religious
formulas.

Literalism – meaning-blindness, a characteristic of all religious
fundamentalisms – assumes that the container (words of the teaching)
and the content (spiritual meaning) are the one and the same, and
that there is no other meaning other than the surface, the external,
the literal meaning. Mystics, on the other hand, understand that
language is the container and the spiritual meanings are the
content.

Different shaped containers (spiritual traditions) may in fact
contain the same content (the same spiritual essence, truth and
wisdom). Water can be poured into many different shaped containers.
But because the shape of the container obsesses religious people
more than
the content, religious people fail to see the content. Much religious
grief and conflict has resulted from the obsession with containers.

To a thirsty man, however, whether the container is hexagonal or
octagonal, blue or red, made by manufacturer X or Y, is irrelevant;
what is important is that the container contains something that can
satisfy one's thirst like water. A container full of sand would
be of no use even if the container were of the "right shape". The
content (the essence) is therefore the most important thing.

complete medical examination at Ahmedabada hospital, reports The

400 doctors from Sterling Hospital could not prove Djani a liar. It
seems like this person dressed in a red sari with bracelets on both
hands has not in fact consumed food and water in the course of many
years.
Several doctors have been examining Djani in the course of 10
days. His every move has been videotaped. Neurologist Sadhir Shah
confirms that Djani has neither eaten nor drank in the course of the
entire examination period. He has not defecated either. It is still
hard to believe however, that he was able to refrain from food and
water for 68 years, remarks the doctor.
Doctors are completely puzzled and amazed at the same time. Neither
one of them is capable of providing scientific explanation to such
phenomenon.
As for Djani, he claims that at age 8 he heard a voice from above
and had been "chosen." "A hole opens in my sky from which I
constantly receive an elixir of life," says Djani.
It took doctors one whole year to compel Djani to be examined.
Nowadays, NASA specialists are interested in examining the hermit.
His experience might be of exceptional use to astronauts.

Thanks for this interesting article on Breatharians (Look it up).
This is only the second one I have heard about, who can live without
fluids also. This is one of the most curious of all strange
phenomena. It invariably happens without cause. I feel it is one of
the "Gifts of the Holy Spirit". My teacher thought that one could
live on urine alone, if he tried hard enough. It was an important
ability he strove to attain. Theresa Neumann, a stigmatist, was also
a Breatharian. St. Francis, another stigmatist, fasted a lot. Another
stigmatist is fed by tubes only - nothing by mouth. Perhaps
Breatharianism is a prerequisite for physical immortality, of which
their are many scriptural quotes, but only a handful of reported

Thanks Jon. A while back, I studied up on water ionizers, which
reformulate the molecular structure of water, causing a marked
increase in permeability, due to the smaller molecules, and it
somehow increased Oxygen and alcalinity. Increased O2, alkalinity (a
byproduct of Oxygen), and permeability gives the water a strong
antioxident effect - pretty good from normal water! The only other
health modems for water, are Ozonation and colloidal silver - two
natural antibiotics. The Jupiter water ionizer seemed best, and now

DON'T WAIT TOO LONG TO ACKNOWLEDGE OUR MOUNTAIN OF EVIDENCE

All anyone can do is read up on it. Personally, I believe in
unexplained miracles or "siddhis" and supernatural powers. Although I
haven't personally seen most miracles, including the many attested to
Jesus, I have personally seen many people who, telepathically,
through clairvoyance and/or clairaudience, could read my mind like an
open book, word for word. Having told several people who had not
personally witnessed such a thing, I was met with scepticism. Then,
in the mid-90's, about six hours of documentaries about "remote
viewing" were televised, with many known government employees going
into great detail about it.

Hundreds of people have had "near-death experiences". And some of us
who have taken psychedelics have had some perceptions we consider
miraculous. Having seen one kind of miracle, one tends to believe in
other kinds. The Bible says of sceptics: "They acknowledge God but
deny the powers thereof". "Blessed are those who have seen and
believed. And blessed even more are those who have who have not seen,
but still believe." At risk of being gullible, one must develop
trust, in order to objectively decide about miracles. - Sw. T..

FAITH VS. GULLIBILITY

As for miracles, better than
believing or disbelieving, is to scientifically find out. If
Armstrong had not scientifically found out that Urine Therapy works,
it would still be in the category of "unbelievable".

As for the breatharian, only a visit to Ahmedabad, to be with the
famous Djani long enough to ascertain the truth about the assertions -
only that would scientifically prove or disprove it FOR YOU. Then
all the rest of us, the ones who don't trust you, would have to go
there to find out FOR OURSELVES, and so on, forever. That there is no
KNOWN scientific explanation, does not prove the assertions false.
Idle speculation is not the final arbiter of the Truth. One must be
open to all possibilities, while being aware of many cunning lies.
Usually, fame and fortune provide a motive for deception. My teacher

I wish the Jews were not in Israel.
There was a contingency plan for them to emigrate to the
beautiful, fertile, and sparsely populated island of Madagascar.

people in the world.

The price for these false religions may be as high as all life on

telling you now, because, when we are all dead, it will be too late.

SIDDHIS AND SIDDHAS

I would say to the group that anyone
looking to observe miracles, should visit these two men: Sai Baba of
Bangalore and Puttaparti, South India, and Joao Teixeira de Faria of
Abadian, Goyas State, Brazil. I personally visited Sai Baba and saw
numerous miracles, far beyond "slight of hand". Joao is a trance
healer, who, with the help of "spirit entities", cures numerous
people, at one time, of a host of illnesses.

I studied Parapsychology for years, because of a scientific interest
in the "outer bounds" of human potential. These two men are
the "sigma cum laud" of such studies. The frustrating thing is that
psychic powers work via intangibles, which are not part of the
physical world and, therefore, are difficult to measure, which is a
necessity for science, as we know it.

I wrote a letter to Joao about his miracles, Urine Therapy, and the
discovery of unknown gospels of Jesus at Nag Hammadi, Egypt. He
answered that Urine Therapy and those Gnostic Gospels are both true,
but that the church didn't like them. He said he doesn't perform
miracles, but applies natural laws, as yet unknown to the rest of us.

THE COMPLETE SHIVAMBU KALPA VIDHI FROM THE DAMAR TANTRA

Please note that the text states that one can become immortal
this Way. I assume it is the Tantric method of crossing the cups
between spouses, by which such a singular and remarkable boon would
be accomplished. Notice also that one attains Siddhi ("magical" or
miraculous powers) this Way.

This is perhaps the best text from which to present my hypothesis
that Urine Tantra may well be the cure for the 8-fold Sufferring of:
Hunger, Disease, Senescence, Death, Mental Low Intelligence,
Emotional Depression, Entrapment of Consciousness in the Physical
Dimension, and the Impermanence of the Unending Round (Samsara) of
Births and Deaths.

I personally prefer not to think of this as religion, but as
Scientific Truth. Like H.P. Blavatsky said: "There is no religion
higher than Truth". And if it is found in the scriptures of all
religions, no one religion should be offended. So, my friends, I have
not dragged religion into this forum, for religion has now become

THE SEMEN RETENTION (NO EJACULATIONS) FALLACY

Modern Taoism is built upon this theory of semen retention. I think
it is but a misinterpretation of our own Doctrine of one's sexual
opposite or spouse, engaging in heterosexual recycling of all fluids,
only allowing for loss via defecation. This is the Mahabandha, the
Great Hermetic Seal, which is Mulbandha, the Groin Seal. As the bible
says: "Gird up your loins with great strength". As Jesus said in the
Nag Hammadi Gospels: "Of all the Father giveth me, I let nothing
escape."

This is the Vajroli and "Alternate Nostril Breathing" in the Hatha
Yoga Pradipka. The two nostrils symbolize male (Surya) and female
(Soma). Let's all get over the shock of new revelations, and get on
with the project of Scientific Experimentation. Keep those

YOUR I.Q. TEST: DON'T LOOK BACK

Someone entered our group and proceeded to run ridiculously false
information, intended to undermine, abnegate or replace what we are
teaching. Of course, as a guardian of Truth, I had to make an
objective rebuttal against what I considered a falsehood.
Contemplating the creation of such a falsehood, I viewed it as an
intentional deception. This critique of that subject matter, had
nothing to do with the member who introduced it.

You may recall, these eight (unavailable) metals they spoke of, were
touted by the woman in question, to be as a replacement for the
urine. One of our own members was taken in by all this, and posted a
message that these eight infernal metals were the Mannna (not urine,
again). My box was now full of this junk, for which I was now forced
to write rebutalls - rebuttals to this ridiculous premise, just in
order to re-establish our own Hermetic teachings, after this damaging
disruption. To add to the chaos, this person, already proven foolish,
took the rebutalls against the erroneous premise-touted as fact,
personally, as if she had been personally insulted, and then
proceeded with threats to the group and its teachings, as she
threatened to complain to Yahoo, using these false allegations of
verbal abuse.

Meanwhile, began her assault on yours truly, as a vainglorious
egotist and an insulter. When I read her message, all the things she
said she didn't do she did, and all she said Sai Ram did, he did not.
But words are hypnotic, especially to the ignorant. She did all this
while feigning love and politeness and good intentions. I was trained
to search the denials to find out what they really did. She did this,
after she was kindly invited to peruse our wonderful files. Don't you
think they are nice? I take a lot of pride in that work, first of its
kind.

In short, she did not come here to learn Hermetic Science, and had a
demonic hankering to destroy the group and its teachings. It reminds
me of one of Jesus's most enigmatic sayings: "I bring not peace, but
a sword, into the world". What's the Peacemaker doing with a sword?!!
Defending himself from demonic assaults. We were cozy in our ashram,
with no heresies allowed, utilizing Scientific Method, with
scriptural and medical (i.e. Urine Therapy) evidence. And, like good
scientists, we declare that such literary evidence is only Secondary
Analysis for our Theories, which must still be proven by Research
Experimentation.

Our Compassion demands that we "shut no door" of possibility for
alleviating the terrible 8-Fold Suffering. So, she had "pearls cast
before her and (intellectually oblivious), trampled them under foot,
and turned to get Sai back with slanderous false allegations,
completely having changed the subject, since she had already lost the
on-topic debate, which she never even tried to defend. So, in a fit
of neither compassion nor intellectual reason, she, like the lower
animals, who we accept cannot comprehend the Gnosis, departed from
the chance to live a longer and better life.

Like Jesus said about leaving the "city (Sodom) of error": "Don't
look back". She, like Lot's wife, had the opportunity to prepare her
own Salvation from "hellfire", but instead, foolishly sought revenge
on the Message and Messenger, which had revealed her error, which was
inexorably entwined with her vanity. Am I a raving selfish egotist?
