THE TANTRAYUDHA OF SAI RAM, VOLUME 35

BY SWAMI TANTRASANGHA

TWIN SPRINGS

Subject: From Tomb of Pepi, at Saqqara

"Hail, O waters brought by Shu,
Which the twin springs raised,
In which Geb has bathed his limbs,
So that hearts lost fear, hearts lost dread.
Pepi was born in Nun." (N.N. -the Double Water. See Joshua, son of
Nun. - Sw. T...)

I TAKE PRIDE AT BEING THE BEST AT UNSELFISHNESS geneticrejuv...

Which word caught your attention first - pride or unselfishness? In
Dharma groups, I have noted a disturbing obsession by many with
the "ego" of others. What I am thinking is: Why do they care about
someone's ego so much? They are never really going to know how much
egotism the other guy really has, anyway. So, why try, and why
pretend to know? Then someone will think: Swamiji must be trying to
cover up his own egotism. A psychiatrist told me I have an
inferiority complex, and I am constantly assailed by degrading
insults, so the terrain is not favorable to me having a lot of
vanity.

But my point is "putting the shoe on the other foot". Here is the
problem: Why is this guy so concerned about another's self esteem?
After all, Psychology textbooks state that Self Esteem is the most
therapeutic quality of character one can ever instill in a patient!
So why are these "finger pointers" trying to diminish it? Because
they delight in hurting another's feelings, especially at the crucial
moment he is feeling good about something he has done. They are
trying to make him feel bad about himself - to doubt himself. So, for
a change of pace, let's have "open season" on the real "fair game" by
attacking the accusers!

You fascists really must get your hands out of others' underwear. You
should remove your concern from private places, where it doesn't
belong. A person's self esteem is his/her own private personal
business and nobody else's. No prying trouble-making busybodies have
any business poking their noses down into the "privates" or the
private affairs of others. What I am saying is: Get your nosy noses
out from up the asses of others. The only important matter is how
selfish or unselfish someone is, or how much does he have to offer
others. Selfishness means that one doesn't care if you live or die.
Look for sincerity and helpfulness in others, or falsehood and
apathy, whichever it may be. That way you can protect yourselves from
any future unpleasant surprises.

Now you are starting to make sense! When you were attacking the self
esteem of others, it was you who were the devils and not them. But
now you have stopped "sour-grapeing" yourselves to death with petty,
slanderous Rationalizations by Transferral of your own guilt onto
innocent others. You have become rational and wise and righteous once
again. Give up the "pot-calling-the-kettle-black ego game", and
return to the topic of real concern, which you have long sought to
distract us from, with these ludicrous false allegation detours. The
topic is: Does Urine Tantra work or not, and, if so, what good can be
accomplished with it for the benefit of all mankind? Merry Christmas,
Jesus, wherever and whoever you are: We wish you a Happy Birthday!
Like you said: "Judge not lest ye be judged. Don't concern yourself
with the twig in your neighbor's eye, until you remove the log from
your own." Jai Om. - Sw. Tantrasangha

TANTRIC MEDITATION geneticrejuv...

Thanks Ulrik, The urine therapy question is a bit off topic for
Theravada, but relates well to Mahayana Tantra. My message
about "Transferral of Guilt" and urine therapy was a thread from
other groups. There are two ways to approach those subjects. One is:
Did the Buddha say that? The other is: What is it, and who spoke of
it? To clarify, Taoism, Mahayana, Hinduism, Christianity and Judaism
are all basically Tantric, or pertaining to the combining of male and
female, as a spiritual technique. But something strange has happened:
No one seems to know this fact, nor the technique, and no one seems
to have accomplished anything with this "Yin-Yang" Concept. Is it any
wonder that our esteemed group moderator prefers that we stick to the
subject of meditation and the Tipitaka? Why distract people with
something unknown and unproven? Why not stick to an established and
proven method? Conceptually, the mind might see it that way, but note
that I am not suggesting that one give up meditation for Tantra. I am
saying we should keep on meditating as much as ever, and those who
might be curious about Tantra should find out the correct practice of
it, and then ascertain if it is of benefit or not. One might wonder
why a great Siddha like Jesus gave his life, trying to bring us the
Gospel about Living Water and the Marriage Supper. One cannot be a
true Christian without being very interested in this.

The "Liberation", offered by meditation, is tranquility and various
mental and emotional improvements. Jesus taught that one was not
saved until he had attained the "Inner Light" of Soul Travel or out-
of-body-experience. Not many meditators attain it in a single life
time. If I am not mistaken, Jhanananda was blessed with this
spiritual ability as a boy. This is a kind of "Salvation", pertaining
to the mind, emotions, and spirit. Psychedelic Entheogens have been
used to accomplish the same ends. The Indians of the Americas used
Peyote, mushrooms, and Ayahuasca to have a similar experience to
meditation. I am not recommending that approach, but, like Tantra,
the rational mind would hope to have the facts about these approaches
before making a decision. And if the facts are not available, it is a
question of "which brave soul wants to be the experimental subject?".
Please note that I am not implying that one should diminish his
meditation for even a second - only that we take a brief moment to
take a look at all non-idolatrous, non-ritualistic approaches to the
Divinity.

Tantra, like psychedelics, is another way of approaching the mind,
emotions and spirit via the body. Unlike entheogens, Tantra utilizes
the antigens, hormones, enzymes and DNA of human bodies. This was not
previously known, so it gives us a new topic, pertaining to that
vital subject of Alleviation of or Salvation from Suffering. But,
unlike meditation and entheogens, Tantra has a therapeutic quality
for the body. Many documented case histories point out the efficacy
of various types of fasting. One method of fasting, closely resembles
Tantra, known as the Marriage Supper of the Lamb of God, in the
Bible. It is called Urine Therapy. Having utilized many ancient
scriptures, we have found that the original Tantra may have been a
form of Urine Therapy for a man with a woman. This consideration does
not imply that one should diminish his meditation time. If one
involves himself in trying to alleviate his or others' suffering,
then Tantra is "chapter three of the book", following the better
known methods of meditation and entheogens.

At present, there is no one we know of who has practiced Urine
Tantra, so the entire matter remains experimental. Our purpose is to
encourage others to ascertain why this was the MAIN DOCTRINE in all
the world's major religions, with the exceptions of Theravada and
Islam. An encyclopedic compendium could be written about the
psychological ramifications that the world has not and might not ever
even get interested, let alone try, the most promising possibility
for Liberation since meditation. The young lady was naive in her
commentary on my preceding message about Rationalization and
Transferral of Guilt. She seemed to think it was not a factor in what
has happened to Tantra and those now teaching it. I can only tell you
that there is a major negative reaction to the best news in
centuries. It manifested as a socio-economic boycott and massive
Transferral of Guilt, via insults. It is not wise to snuff out such a
promising opportunity as Tantra. It is stupid to "knock it" before
you try it.

Hypothetically speaking, since Tantric "Liberation" originates in the
body, one's physical health might be the beneficiary, as well as the
the mind, emotions and spirit. Note how often the Bible, and
especially Jesus, mention Physical Immortality. Health and longevity
may be the benefits meditation and entheogens just cannot provide.
Also, Mind-Over-Matter might be another benefit, unmatched by other
practices. If Jhanananda had the "Siddhis" or "miraculous" powers of
Jesus, whenever he gets hungry in the wilderness, he could just
miraculously provide for himself, and wouldn't have to make money and
then spend it in town. That may sound amusing, but it is a very
serious and real possibility. If one doesn't believe in
such "miracles", he should visit Sai Baba or Joao Teixeira de Faria.
I have outlined what Tantra is, why it is important, what to do about
it, and what impedes the progress. Tantra was known as the "shortcut"
to Liberation. Some even surmised it was the only Way. I have little
doubt that it would be far superior to meditation alone.
Nevertheless, the impediments to Tantric practice are many, so it's
back to meditation in the wilderness. Jai Om. - Sw. Tantrasangha

TELEPATHY geneticrejuv...

Ozay Rimpoche said:
"Again Ozay also recognises that his partner Ahiranta will also have
the same thoughts during silence without words, and when words are
spoken we quite often have this, but the one thing that intriugeus
Ozay is that when this happens Ozay would be in belief that these
thoughts were his own, or when questioned, the other person who has
same thought - they also were convinced that the thougts were their own
at the time it happened. Obviously they have a tendency to overlook
what is happening, because they are impressed that they think they
have telepathic communication, which touches on ego and can blind them
to reasoning what is going on and why.

"Now if we are to look at these few examples that Ozay has brought
up out of his many, and take into consideration that we have many
thoughts with the possibility that they belong to others, and we
share those thoughts we have that are the same with others,
the possibility is that there are many more of
these thoughts sharing things that go on, and we are not even
marginally aware of the extent of it and how much goes on."

Dearest Beloved of Parabrahman, Ozay Rimpoche,

I have only read about a third of this lecture, which I am very
grateful to receive. It covers an interesting topic I often dwell
upon. As the telepathic ability increases, so will these incoming
thoughts from others. That will increase the telepath's problem of
discerning the difference between the thoughts of himself and others.
In India, where this phenomenon reached its zenith, starting about
1984-5, they often think not as an individual, but as a group. But
yes, they are aware that telepathy, which they call "copy", is
happening. I would often think, "Did I think that or did you?" There
is a loss of individuality in this process, and the subject is thus
hypnotized by the incoming suggestions. It can be an unpleasant
entanglement which would make me long for the solitude of the
wilderness, where I could gather my own thoughts, in preference to
being a "copycat" "cog in the wheel" of the Collective Consciousness.

I don't have that ability, but, as you say, everybody has a little of
it, inescapably. In areas of the Far East, where Copy is strongest,
there seems to be "magic in the air". What we think of as "miracles"
are more likely to happen in areas most affected by what they
call "Shakti Pat". I met a man in Bangalore who volunteered his
thoughts about it: "Magic State, but their minds are no good!" They
don't know how it happened, but the local Siddha probably gets blamed
a lot. Of course, Shakti Pat can come from anywhere, not just from an
individual. It is sometimes like a dream, merging with reality. It
could be that mass alteration of consciousness, which Christians
call "the Rapture". In the Philippines, a man said: "Understand
group". "One group mind. One group thought.", I answered. "Correct",
he said.

This "Rapture" is not at all rapturous for most. One man said he was
tired of Copy, and he wished he could have his old mind back. Those
who have this ability, invariably will not discuss it with those of
us who don't. Padmasambhava, in his prophecies, considers its
negative manifestation to be as demonic possession, and that ALL will
be affected by it. Indeed, there is not much indication that the
average person, affected by Copy, has an increase in positive
character attributes. Fear and conformity seem to be two of its most
dominant characteristics, although someone said she was more humble
from it. Hatred is often there, with a propensity for mind games with
those who do not have the ability. Religious prejudice and violence
can actually increase. Jesus said that the Holy Spirit was a curse on
any undeserving who attain it. Svatmarama states that Kundalini
Shakti is Liberation for the wise, but bondage to fools.

There is the challenge of coping with increased energy and psychic or
psychedelic experience. Perhaps that is why the great masters tried
to prepare their disciples for OOBE's (out-of-body-experience) before
they died. Dying unprepared, or as the Puranas state, "dying outside
Varanasi" (the place where Two Rivers Join), is to be avoided. And as
the Tibetan Book of the Dead advises the deceased: "Don't be afraid
of the Light. Go into it. Move away from the Earth." May we all be
saved from suffering. Jai Om. - Sw. Tantrasangha

NAMO BUDDHAYA AS INTEREST IN TANTRA

Beloved and esteemed Bhikkhu Samahita,
My condolences on the recent tragedy from the tidal waves. Of course,
if I had a place to stay, I would do selfless service in Sri Lanka
forever. It was a Sri Lankan Theravada monk, living in New Delhi, who
first introduced me to the many Indian publications about Urine
Therapy. His name was Sw. Vijaysoma, and he worked for Radio India. I
know that Urine Tantra has been completely forgotten, for obvious
reasons, and not necessarily because it didn't work. It is worth the
trouble to generate some interest in finding out if it works, now
that we know what it is. This does not imply that we should meditate
even one minute less, though. When one disavows the Kriyas,
meditations and Tantras, there remains naught but rituals, idols,
names, forms, personality worship and sacrificial scapegoats -
characteristics of the false religions which dominate this world.
Please tell us of any opportunities to study Theravada in Sri Lanka.
Namo Buddhaya. Sai Ram

WHORE SOLD SOUL TO DEVIL! geneticrejuv...

Everyone must understand why Urine Therapy will never be "officially"
recognized by the AMA or the FDA. They, like most of you, are "in it"
only for the money or the social approval money can buy. The
government does not test therapies and leaves testing to private
companies, who collaborate, "THICKER THAN THIEVES", with the
FDA "watchdogs". Mainstream medicine is driven by high finance. The
mainstream pharmaceutical industry spends many millions of dollars
each year for testing new medications. They must recoup these losses
by patenting their product and charging high prices.

Anything natural, herbal or freely available to all, cannot be
patented, so Essiac tea, Hulda Clark Zappers, Rife machines,
colloidal silver, urine therapy, or anything that came before, or was
once patented but the patent expired, etc., can never be patented.
That being the case, ANY OLD MEDICATION OR THERAPY NO MATTER HOW
EFFICACEOUS, is completely "out of the loop" with mainstream
Allopathic Medical Practice, and is in "another ballpark". It might
as well be in another universe a jillion light years away, no matter
how widely known and well-proven is its efficacy and how readily
available it is.

That said, you can drop the nutheaded assumption that Urine Therapy
or even Rasa Tantra must not work, or it would be "officially
recognized" by the demonic principality and power, the religious-
medical-pharmaceutical-industrial cartel, which has this ignorant and
cowardly world "by the short hairs". The only answer to the dilemma
is to educate yourselves, have faith in what you know, and act upon
it. If you must be blinded by materialism, don't do it in matters
pertaining to health or salvation from suffering. Materialism and
atheism kill! Jai Om. - Sw. Tantrasangha

COMPASSION, INTELLIGENCE & INTEGRITY geneticrejuv...

Bertha said:
"Hey, you go first. Keep us posted on how it turns out! Many
blessings to you."

Sw. T. said:
Yes, I would love to "go first", but I don't think it will benefit
you even if Tantra works, because you apparently don't care. If you
call your message a blessing, I wonder what is a curse. Re: Tantra:
We have "beat this poor dog to death" many times over. The "cat
continues to play with the rat, long after it died". Your mind is
set. At my group, I provided all the evidence to support my premise.
All those who, like yourself, have decided to be "politically
correct" have "made their own beds and should sleep there". "Armchair
speculation" as to what is true or false, in an effort to avoid
really finding out, is but a "coverup", in the view of a real
scientist of integrity.

It's like the Wright Brothers needed a certain part for the first
airplane, to see if it would fly, but the factory owner who builds
the part, would not provide it, and was satisfied to merely speculate
that it was impossible to fly. I know how brave it is to hide behind
public opinion, in order to be "politically correct". I know how
humble it is to say that a delicacy, not approaching the vain
standard of "high cuisine", was beneath the dignity of some culinary
gourmet.

I didn't want to spawn a debate with those who would wish Rasa Tantra
away without testing it. I only wanted to interest others in logical
and honest Experimental Research, and to contact a few interested
parties who might help in that Project. You have "knocked it before
you tried it", and probably don't have any real interest as to if it
works or what can be gained from it. Why debate something you have no
interest in? I write this not to you, but to those who might benefit
by it. No. As you say: You are not who I am looking for. If you think
probing into and developing one's logic and integrity, has no benefit
to Theravada Debate or the Sangha Sanctity or Meditative Clarity, I
think you are wrong.

Consider this: I am using a mountain of scriptural evidence and
documented case histories only so that the Theory receive an honest
trial. You have implied that the evidence is of no consequence,
and "let's call the man 'guilty of heresy' without a trial". This is
what is known as a lying lynch mob, in a "Kangaroo Court", guilty of
trying to prevent an investigation, which is what is called
OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE. And I didn't even want any kind of commitment
from you at all, but you have showed me that Unbiased Integrity is
not your "long suit". I have been debating Jhanananda for over a year
about this. I don't "give a hang" if Jhanananda is for or against my
theory. I am only using such a discussion as this to determine one's
compassion, intelligence and integrity.

Since I plan to camp with our esteemed group moderator, his character
is important to me, as mine is to him. And that is the only reason
(COMPASSION, INTELLIGENCE AND INTEGRITY) this "off topic" subject is
really right on topic for such as pertains to our beloved Theravada.
The attitudes toward logical deductive reasoning and scientific
method, provide the perfect online polygraph test. I am measuring
the "virtual cyber perspiration" coming off your hands right now. "He
knows if you've been bad or good, so be good for goodness sake!"
There is the problem in what we conceal, believing that no one knows
what we are thinking. Then comes Santa Claus! Jai Om. - Sw.

TRAVESTIES AND TRAGEDIES

Our prayers go out to those who have suffered and died from the
tragic tsunamis in the Indian Ocean. If there is anything we can do,
please anyone inform us what and how. We have long enjoyed the
instructive messages in the words of Siddhartha the Buddha, sent to
us by our esteemed Swamiji, Bhikkhu Samahita. We wish him and those
of that entire region the best of luck and a quick recovery. We
remind them that, if there should be a lack of food, water or
medicine, please try the Shivambu Chikitsa (Urine Therapy) we have
long recommended.

Although it may seem trivial to modern men, Manav Mootra (Urine
Therapy) is the basis of most religions, and Jesus even died for this
message about it. On the cross, he said: "You crucify not a man but a
message". One must always remember that when a patient throws out the
only medicine which will save him, he hurts himself more than he
harms the physician. A more accurate perspective would be Jesus,
looking at us being crucified, and not us looking at him being
crucified. For, as a result, he surely went to "Heaven" (Salvation
from Suffering), and we deservedly went to Hell. Namo Buddhaya. - Dr.
Jhani Picasso
